XWD-D型旋转磁场构架整体磁粉探伤机

 

适用范围

该探伤机适用于铁路客车、动车组车辆新造及检修时转向架构架整体的湿法荧光磁粉探伤。

特点及技术指标

1.  采用旋转磁场非接触磁化技术对转向架构架整体磁化,磁化装置无需与工件接触,探伤过程中不发热、不打火,避免了通电打火灼伤工件的弊病并且磁化电流稳定可靠,提高了设备的可靠性及安全性。

2.  构架水平放置在支撑回转驱动机构上,探伤时构架自动旋转喷淋及磁化,构架水平转动一周即可完成整体检测,达到一次进入磁化装置即可完成构架整体探伤的目的。

3.  磁化装置和构架支撑回转装置采用了倾斜的结构形式,使得被检测构架在探伤过程中倾斜一定角度,可以有效消除构架上表面形成的磁悬液积聚,便于磁痕保留和观察。

4.  采用变频调速装置来控制被检测构架的旋转,使观察和操作更方便。

5.  磁化回路采用了先进的电力补偿及控制技术,在不降低灵敏度的前提下,可以使磁化功率减少百分之三十。

XWD-D Rotating Magnetic Field Magnetic Particle Flaw Detector for Bogie Frame

 

Applicable scope

The inspection machine is suitable for wet fluorescent magnetic particle inspection of bogie frame of railway vehicle and emus

Features and Technical parameters

1.  Non-contact magnetization technology of rotating magnetic field is adopted to magnetize the bogie frame as a whole, the magnetization device does not need to contact with the workpiece, and there is no heating or ignition in the process of flaw detection, which avoids the maladies of burning the workpiece by electric ignition, and the magnetization current is stable and reliable, improving the reliability and safety of the equipment.

2.  The bogie frame is placed horizontally on the supporting slewing driving mechanism. During flaw detection, the frame automatically rotates and magnetizes. The whole inspection can be completed by turning the frame horizontally for one circle

3.  The magnetization device and the truss support and rotation device adopt the inclined structure form, so that the truss under test tilts at a certain Angle during the inspection process, which can effectively eliminate the accumulation of magnetic suspensions formed on the upper surface of the truss and facilitate the retention and observation of magnetic marks

4.  Frequency conversion device is used to control the rotation of the tested frame, which makes the observation and operation more convenient.
